Over the weekend Judge Antonin Scalia was found dead at the Cibolo Creek Ranch owned by Texas businessman and Democratic Party donor John Poindexter. The confusion and controversies surrounding the incident stem from Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, when she first pronounced that Scalia died of natural causes without even seeing the body. She then further went on to produce more questions when she reversed her statement from initial media reports, claiming that the judge had died of "natural causes."
Judge Scalia was found dead in his bed with a pillow over his face.
My thoughts and prayers are with Justice Scalia's family and his colleagues on the court who mourn his passing. pic.twitter.com/Y51xUMMEId

Justice Scalia was an American hero. We owe it to him, & the Nation, for the Senate to ensure that the next President names his replacement.

There is a lot of skepticism surfacing around Scalia's death after 20 police officer came to immediately preserve the judge's body by delivering it to Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso. The process of quickly embalming the body would destroy toxicology evidence. Initial reports and authoritative actions such as these amass questions to the general public and leave them wondering why there is no consistency with the reports and procedures in handling Judge Scalia's body.
Judge Scalia served on the Supreme Court for 30 years after being appointed by President Reagan back in 1986. He was known for protecting the Bill of Rights in our Constitution. Now with Scalia gone, our country really needs to heed on appointing a consistent candidate that will preserve Scalia's views. There is heavy criticism from skeptics on who President Obama seeks to appoint, due to all the Executive Memorandum he has taken in office to reform and damage our constitutional rights.
