MIAMI--Florida Sen. Marco Rubio has announced he is dropping out of the presidential race bringing his campaign to an end after Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump win primaries in Florida.
"It is not God's plan that I be president in 2016 or maybe ever," Rubio told a crowd of supporters in Miami. "I ask the American people, do not give into the fear, do not give into the frustration," Rubio said.
