Easy Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner ideas

Now a days, we live in a very time restricted society where fast and easy is the way to go in every aspect of our lives. I am here to lend a helping hand by giving you some easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas to keep your body fueled throughout your busy day. Truthnetmedia is a strong believer that food is medicine and we want to keep these meals hearty, healthy, and delicious!

Breakfast- Quick banana pancakes


atruth2 eggs
1 ripe banana


1 T of powder peanut butter/cacao/Honey
Dark chocolate chips/fruit/chia seeds


Directions: In a bowl, chop the banana until broken apart. Add the eggs and the optional dry ingredients. Mix all together and cook in a pan with a little butter or cooking spray. Top them off with maple syrup, honey, or peanut butter and enjoy!

Lunch- Turkey Burgers



2 eggs (egg whites)
Lean ground Turkey (for less fat, look for extra lean turkey)
Salt/pepper/garlic powder


Chopped Veggies (onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, zucchini, squash)


Directions: In a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Place aluminum paper in cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Roll the meat into 6 similar sized balls and place them on the cookie sheet with enough space between each other. Cook for 20-23 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with salsa and eat with or without bun or in lettuce! Accompany with a side salad.

Dinner- Baked chicken pesto


4 boneless chicken breastsbaked chicken
Sliced Roma tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella sliced
Italian seasonings
Salt and Pepper


Directions: Coat a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray and place the chicken breasts. Add the pesto with a spoon and spread evenly to breasts. Add the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle salt and pepper. Finish with the slices of mozzarella on top of the tomato slices and add the Italian seasoning. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy with a side salad or side veggies!


During the day, make sure you are getting plenty of water to drink. If during the day you need a snack, carry with you fruit, veggies, or nuts to avoid turning towards junk food. Get creative in the kitchen, add or take away different ingredients from the recipes and make them you!
